Bicycle brake wire
The outer stainless steel core wire is ground to achieve high roundness, and the inner wire has been pre-stretched and straightened to enable more direct and precise gear shifting during braking.
Carefully selected surface-treated stainless steel wires are bent in a spiral shape to form the wire core. After forming, a dedicated machine is used to grind the surface to make the entire structure compact and integrated, and strong and tensile-resistant.
